- Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the front desk and concierge staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the hotel.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues, escalating to upper management when necessary.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and improve guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, taking appropriate action to address any areas of improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on customer service and hospitality best practices.
- Manage guest service budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and its services to potential guests.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve guest relations strategies.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, serving as a role model for the team.
- Uphold the standards and values of the hotel, ensuring a consistent and high level of service for all guests.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Guest Relations Or Customer Service Role
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Procedures
Experience In Handling Guest Complaints And Resolving Conflicts Effectively
