  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide personalized service and attention to guests throughout their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Manage the front desk and concierge staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the hotel.
  6. Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  7. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues, escalating to upper management when necessary.
  8. Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and improve guest satisfaction.
  9. Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, taking appropriate action to address any areas of improvement.
  10. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on customer service and hospitality best practices.
  11. Manage guest service budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and its services to potential guests.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve guest relations strategies.
  14. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, serving as a role model for the team.
  15. Uphold the standards and values of the hotel, ensuring a consistent and high level of service for all guests.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
