  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Handle all guest inquiries and concerns with a professional and positive attitude.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  4. Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of any issues.
  5. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
  6. Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to all guests.
  7. Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Coordinate special requests and amenities for VIP guests.
  9. Handle guest complaints and provide effective and timely resolution.
  10. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  11. Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all guest interactions.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ guest relations practices to make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Conduct regular staff meetings to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  14. Implement and monitor guest service standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  15. Create and maintain guest profiles to personalize their experience and anticipate their needs.
  16. Prepare and analyze guest satisfaction reports and make recommendations for improvement.
  17. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
  18. Uphold Hilton’s brand standards and reputation by delivering exceptional guest service.
  19. Participate in the selection, training, and development of new team members.
  20. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hotel Management, Hospitality, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Guest Relations Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Staff, And Management.

  • Proven Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Guest Complaints In A Timely And Professional Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Systems And Procedures, Including Reservation Systems, Guest Feedback Management, And Loyalty Programs.
