We are currently seeking a friendly, professional and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable.   1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
  2. Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information and payments are collected accurately.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Handle guest requests and complaints, finding appropriate solutions and escalating issues as needed.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
  6. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
  7. Assist with booking reservations and managing room inventory.
  8. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met and exceeded.
  9. Maintain a good knowledge of Hilton brand standards and policies to provide consistent and high-quality service.
  10. Remain calm and professional during busy and stressful situations.
  11. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.
  12. Uphold the hotel's safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
  13. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a productive and enjoyable work environment.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience and provide exceptional service at all times.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or other hotel management.
