
Front Office Manager

- Manage Front Office Operations: The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk and guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: The primary responsibility of the Front Office Manager is to ensure that every guest has a positive and memorable experience at our hotel. This includes training and coaching front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns or complaints.
- Team Management: The Front Office Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising front desk staff, as well as conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing support and feedback. They will also create schedules and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and Maintain Hotel Standards: The Front Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all front office procedures and standards are followed, including Hilton brand standards. They will also work closely with other department managers to maintain consistency throughout the hotel.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: This role will require the Front Office Manager to handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing budgets, and maintaining inventory levels for front office supplies.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: The Front Office Manager will collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to ensure a seamless guest experience. This may include coordinating room assignments, managing guest requests, and communicating any special needs or requests.
- Train and Develop Staff: The Front Office Manager will be responsible for identifying training needs and providing ongoing development opportunities for front office staff. This may include organizing workshops, seminars, and cross-training opportunities.
- Uphold Safety and Security Standards: The Front Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests and staff by ensuring all safety protocols are followed, monitoring the hotel's security systems, and responding to emergency situations.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: The Front Office Manager will stay informed about current hospitality industry trends, including technology advancements and guest preferences,
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Hotel Front Office.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Procedures, Including Reservations, Check-In/Check-Out, And Guest Services.
Ability To Multitask And Handle High-Pressure Situations In A Fast-Paced Environment.
