- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and expenses.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to front desk staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the front desk operations.
- Uphold the brand standards of Hilton Hotels and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to all guests.
Bachelor's Degree In Hotel Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Front Office Operations
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Supervise A Team
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Guests, Staff, And Other Departments
Proficiency In Hotel Management Software, Such As Opera Or Fidelio, And Knowledge Of Front Office Procedures And Standards.
