- Oversee and manage the front desk operations to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Lead and supervise a team of front desk associates, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure that all team members are delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to company standards and policies.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring new front desk associates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and hospitality.
- Work closely with the hotel management team to meet and exceed financial and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the guest experience.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Similar Role At A Luxury Hotel Or Resort.
Proficient In Hotel Computer Systems And Software, Such As Opera And Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations Professionally.
Strong Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Train And Supervise Front Desk Staff.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Reservations, Billing, And Guest Services.
