
Front Desk Shift Leader

- Oversee Front Desk Operations: The Front Desk Shift Leader will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure Seamless Guest Experience: It will be the responsibility of the Shift Leader to ensure that all guests have a positive and unforgettable experience during their stay. This includes addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and ensuring that all guest requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead Front Desk Team: The Shift Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising the front desk team, including training, scheduling, and delegating tasks. They will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Maintain High Customer Service Standards: The Front Desk Shift Leader will be expected to maintain the high customer service standards of the Hilton Hotels brand. This includes demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor, anticipating guest needs, and going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and Enforce Hotel Policies: It will be the responsibility of the Shift Leader to ensure that all front desk staff are knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures and that they are consistently followed by both staff and guests.
- Handle Guest Complaints and Concerns: The Shift Leader will be responsible for handling guest complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: The Front Desk Shift Leader will collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
