  1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel valued and appreciated upon their arrival at the hotel.
  2. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately recorded.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, providing assistance and information as needed.
  4. Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and proactively find solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception desk.
  6. Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  7. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to provide guests with recommendations and assistance.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
  10. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  11. Upsell hotel services and amenities to guests, increasing revenue and enhancing their experience.
  12. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and adhere to data protection policies.
  13. Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, providing accurate information and delivering exceptional customer service.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, reflecting the values and standards of Hilton Hotels.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or other hotel management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Front Desk Agent At Hilton Hotels Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Other Hotel Staff.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Desirable For A Front Desk Agent At Hilton Hotels. This Will Enable The Candidate To Handle Guest Inquiries And Complaints In A Professional And Courteous Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: A Front Desk Agent Must Have A Good Understanding Of Hotel Operations, Including Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, Room Reservations, And Payment Processing. This Knowledge Will Help Them Provide A Seamless Experience For Guests.

  • Multitasking Abilities: Working At The Front Desk Of A Hotel Can Be Hectic, And A Front Desk Agent Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Answering Phone Calls, Checking In Guests, And Responding To Emails.

  • Computer Literacy: A Front Desk Agent Must Be Proficient In Using Computer Software And Systems, Such As Hotel Reservation Software, Microsoft Office, And Email. This Will Enable Them To Efficiently Manage Guest Information And Bookings.
