1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Assist guests with seating and provide menus and recommendations.
3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Prepare and serve food and drinks according to established standards.
5. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
6. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, bar, and work stations.
7. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
8. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
9. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
10. Remain knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and hotel services to provide accurate information to guests.
11. Assist with restocking and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
12. Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
13. Uphold Hilton Hotels' brand standards and values in all interactions with guests and fellow team members.
14. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager or supervisor.
