1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist in setting up and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
3. Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into the system.
4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Ensure all food and beverages meet Hilton's quality standards.
6. Provide recommendations and answer any questions guests may have about the menu.
7. Monitor and respond to guest needs and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
8. Assist with restocking and rotating food and beverage items as needed.
9. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with Hilton's policies.
10. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
11. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
12. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
13. Assist with cleaning and maintaining the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
14. Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to the appropriate team members.
15. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items and service standards.
16. Follow all Hilton brand standards and procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience.
17. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and targets.
18. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager or supervisor.
19. Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Hilton brand with pride.
20. Ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
