- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guests' needs and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring it is presentable and inviting for guests.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the menu and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall guest experience through attentive and personalized service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.

Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Knowledge Of Different Types Of Cuisine, Food Safety And Hygiene Standards, And Basic Beverage Service Techniques.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role, As Food & Beverage Assistants Are Responsible For Communicating With Guests, Coworkers, And Management. This Includes Listening Attentively, Clearly Conveying Information And Instructions, And Being Able To Resolve Conflicts Or Issues Effectively.
