Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience. If you have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

  1. Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Assist guests in finding suitable seating and make recommendations on menu items.
  3. Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders into the system.
  4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tables are set and stocked with necessary items.
  7. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
  8. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
  9. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  11. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
  12. Continuously strive to improve knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel services to provide guests with accurate information.
  13. Assist in setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Any other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
