1. Greet and welcome guests to the hotel in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Assist guests with their food and beverage orders, making recommendations and providing information about menu items.
3. Ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and delivered in a timely manner.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
5. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all tables are properly set up and cleared in a timely manner.
6. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, following all safety and sanitation standards.
7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management as needed.
9. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed guest expectations by providing personalized and attentive service.
11. Attend and actively participate in training and meetings as required.
12. Promote and maintain a positive work environment, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.
13. Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
14. Maintain knowledge of current menu items, promotions, and special events.
15. Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
16. Follow all safety and health regulations.
17. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
18. Other duties as assigned by management.
