- Provide prompt and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely manner.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and promotions, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of guests and coworkers.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are prepared and delivered to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down tables, and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
