  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
  4. Provide knowledgeable and helpful recommendations to guests about menu items
  5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  7. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and banquets
  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation meets guest expectations
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and beverage items
  10. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing excellent customer service to guests
  12. Attend all training sessions and meetings to stay updated on menu items and hotel policies
  13. Follow cash handling procedures and accurately process payments from guests
  14. Support and assist team members in providing exceptional service to guests
  15. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience by anticipating and fulfilling their needs.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Food And Beverage Role, Preferably In A Hotel Setting, Is Required For This Position. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Serving Techniques, Food Preparation, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Food & Beverage Assistant, You Will Be Interacting With Guests On A Daily Basis. Strong Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential To Ensure A Positive And Professional Experience For Our Guests.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role, As You Will Be Responsible For Setting Up And Maintaining The Dining Areas, Ensuring Proper Hygiene And Cleanliness Standards, And Accurately Taking And Relaying Guest Orders.

  • Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations: A Strong Understanding Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Knowledge Of Different Cuisines, Food Safety Regulations, And Inventory Management, Is Important For This Role.

  • Team Player: The Food & Beverage Assistant Will Work Closely With The Entire Food And Beverage Team, Including Servers, Bartenders, And Kitchen Staff. The Ability To Work Well In A Team And Collaborate Effectively Is A Key Qualification For This Position.
