As a specialist in this role, you will work closely with our food and beverage department to ensure accurate and efficient financial management. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our food and beverage operations.   1. Monitor and analyze financial data related to food and beverage operations, including sales, costs, and expenses.
  2. Collaborate with the food and beverage department to develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
  3. Review and reconcile daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
  4. Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions related to food and beverage operations.
  5. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing or payment issues.
  6. Prepare and distribute financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and making recommendations for improvement.
  7. Conduct periodic audits of food and beverage inventory to ensure accuracy and proper controls are in place.
  8. Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food and beverage accounting.
  10. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  11. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper allocation and reporting of food and beverage expenses.
  12. Train and support food and beverage staff on proper financial procedures and systems.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to food and beverage operations as needed.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns related to food and beverage accounting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles And Practices Is Essential For This Role.
