- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service and adhere to Hilton brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of food and beverage outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels for all food and beverage outlets.
- Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings.
- Conduct regular inspections of all food and beverage outlets to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain schedules for food and beverage team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for menu updates and improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for food and beverage team members.
- Uphold Hilton's high standards of service and professionalism at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Inventory Management, Menu Planning, And Cost Control.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Delegate Tasks.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests And Handle Any Issues That May Arise.
Flexible Schedule, Including The Ability To Work Nights, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed.
