
Food and Beverage Supervisor

- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet services.
- Ensure that all food and beverage outlets are consistently providing exceptional service and meeting Hilton's standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and banquet staff.
- Create and maintain schedules for food and beverage staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations and enforcing proper food handling procedures.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials that align with Hilton's standards and meet guest preferences.
- Conduct regular inspections of all food and beverage outlets to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with Hilton's standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new ideas and strategies to improve the overall guest experience.
- Assist with budget planning and management, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive and professional attitude and providing exceptional service to guests at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Inventory Management, Budgeting, And Cost Control.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Experience Working In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
