  1. Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations at the hotel, ensuring high quality service and standards are met at all times.
  2. Train and supervise a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times and minimizing waste.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and drive revenue in the food and beverage department.
  5. Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and front desk to ensure seamless coordination of guest needs and requests.
  6. Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  7. Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to food and beverage service promptly and professionally.
  8. Create and maintain schedules for food and beverage staff, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts and events.
  9. Monitor and adhere to budget and financial targets for the food and beverage department.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Train and enforce all food and beverage policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  12. Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among all food and beverage staff.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff to ensure continuous improvement.
  14. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, taking into consideration guest feedback and preferences.
  15. Ensure compliance with all legal and licensing requirements related to food and beverage operations.
