- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including dining outlets, bars, and room service.
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional and personalized service at all times.
- Train and supervise a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring that they adhere to Hilton's high standards of service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to food and beverage service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining areas.
- Create and maintain schedules for food and beverage staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations and ensure that all food and beverage staff do the same.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make suggestions for improvement to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Act as a role model for the team, exhibiting professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Inventory Management And Cost Control.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
