  1. Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
  2. Train, coach, and develop a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service in line with Hilton standards.
  3. Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in all food and beverage outlets.
  4. Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory control of food and beverage supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize wastage.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to make strategic decisions and implement effective cost control measures.
  6. Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  7. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and policies.
  9. Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage outlets to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team by promoting teamwork and fostering a culture of excellence.
  11. Collaborate with the hotel’s marketing and sales team to develop and implement promotions and special events to increase revenue and attract new guests.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make recommendations and improvements to the food and beverage offerings.
  13. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting for the department.
  14. Uphold the Hilton brand values and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Ordering, And Inventory Management.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Ensuring Guest Satisfaction.

  • Flexibility To Work Various Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Well As The Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations With Professionalism.
