- Oversee and manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel.
- Ensure that all staff members are providing exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
- Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall guest satisfaction.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus that meet guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all staff members.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other department heads to coordinate events and special functions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Act as a role model for the team by exhibiting a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional leadership skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Ordering, And Inventory Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Food And Beverage Staff.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests And Resolve Any Issues Or Concerns.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Well As The Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations In A Fast-Paced Environment.
