- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurant, bar, room service, and catering services.
- Ensure that all food and beverage services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Train and supervise all food and beverage staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies and equipment as needed, and ensure proper storage and rotation of food and beverage products.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service and increase revenue in food and beverage outlets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage and resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to food and beverage services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and ensure that all food and beverage outlets maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Create and maintain schedules for food and beverage staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor expenses and revenue, and make necessary adjustments to meet budgetary goals.
- Stay updated on local and state laws and regulations related to alcohol service and ensure all staff are trained and compliant.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and lead by example in providing exceptional service to guests.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Ordering, And Inventory Management.
Proven Ability To Maintain High Standards Of Service And Quality Control, While Also Meeting Financial Targets And Adhering To Budget Guidelines.
A Degree Or Certification In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field Is Preferred, Along With A Thorough Understanding Of Health And Safety Regulations.
