- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the food and beverage offerings and overall dining experience for guests.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are of the highest quality and meet Hilton standards.
- Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services for special events and conferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to make recommendations for menu and service improvements.
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring they meet health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and financial reports.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and training to staff to maintain a high level of service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Food And Beverage Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Inventory Management, Cost Control, And Menu Development
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team
Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment While Maintaining A Strong Attention To Detail.
