1. Oversee all food and beverage operations at Hilton Hotels to ensure the highest level of quality and service for guests.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and drive revenue growth.
3. Hire, train, and supervise a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
4. Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak times and events.
5. Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies and managing costs to maximize profitability.
6. Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for guests.
7. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage areas, following health and safety regulations.
8. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
