- Oversee all food and beverage operations at Hilton Hotels to ensure the highest level of quality and service for guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and drive revenue growth.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak times and events.
- Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies and managing costs to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for guests.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage areas, following health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide training, and address any issues or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions and achieve budget goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and innovations into food and beverage operations.
- Work closely with other department managers to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all hotel operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Represent Hilton Hotels in a professional and positive manner at all times, both within and outside of the hotel.
- Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and maintain the highest level of hospitality and excellence.
Bachelor's Degree In Hotel And Restaurant Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Food And Beverage Management, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Industry Trends, Including Menu Planning, Procurement, And Cost Control.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Train And Motivate Staff To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests, Vendors, And Colleagues At All Levels.
