2. Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue in the food and beverage department.
4. Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
5. Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
7. Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
8. Develop and update menus and pricing to meet current market trends and guest preferences.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative ideas to enhance the food and beverage offerings.
10. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to food and beverage services promptly and effectively.
11. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to upper management on food and beverage operations, including financial performance and guest satisfaction.
12. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
13. Train and educate staff on food and beverage service standards, policies, and procedures.
14. Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract and retain guests.
15. Act as a role model and mentor for food and beverage staff, promoting a positive and professional work culture.
