- Manage and monitor food and beverage inventory and costs to ensure efficiency.

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative and appealing menus.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food and beverage areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and service standards.
- Create and maintain budgets for food and beverage operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as events and sales, to coordinate food and beverage services for special events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Uphold the Hilton brand standards and ensure that all food and beverage operations align with the company's values.
- Continuously seek ways to improve food and beverage operations and guest satisfaction.
- Represent Hilton Hotels in a professional manner at all times and uphold the brand's reputation for exceptional service.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Food And Beverage Management, Preferably In A High-End Hotel Or Resort.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Industry Trends, Including Menu Planning And Cost Control.
Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations And Maintain A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction.
