14. Create and maintain budgets for food and beverage operations.
15. Collaborate with other departments, such as events and sales, to coordinate food and beverage services for special events.
16. Stay updated on industry trends and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
17. Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
