- Oversee all food and beverage operations at Hilton Hotels to ensure exceptional service and quality for guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue.
- Manage and mentor a team of food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the executive chef to offer a diverse and appealing selection to guests.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations and laws.
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to food and beverage.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the food and beverage offerings at Hilton Hotels.
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings to ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu items, service standards, and hotel policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and market food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for the best prices and quality.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of food and beverage operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Food And Beverage Management, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Trends, Menu Planning, And Cost Control.
Excellent Communication, Customer Service, And Problem-Solving Abilities.
