- Develop and maintain high-quality standards for food and beverage service, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
- Create and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and increase guest satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold Hilton's brand standards.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and budget to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure high-quality and timely food delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends and implement new concepts to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining and beverage areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication for all food and beverage-related services.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members, ensuring the right fit for the department and hotel culture.
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Represent Hilton Hotels at industry events and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Extensive Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Management Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Guests.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Inventory Management, And Cost Control.
