Food and Beverage Manager

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the quality of food and beverage offerings, while also meeting financial goals.
3. Ensure that all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
4. Hire, train, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
5. Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.
6. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve guest satisfaction.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of quality products and services.
8. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels to meet demand and minimize waste.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
10. Plan and execute special events and promotional activities to attract and retain guests.
11. Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to senior management.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations within the food and beverage department.
13. Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that all staff members do the same.
15. Lead by example, setting high standards for customer service, professionalism, and personal conduct.
