- Generate revenue by promoting and selling event spaces to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and client information.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Hilton Hotels and its event spaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to constantly improve sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell event services to increase revenue.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, reflecting the values of Hilton Hotels.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including ethical and professional conduct.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Sales, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proficiency In Event Management Software And Crm Systems, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
