
Events Sales Executive

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones for events at Hilton Hotels.
- Collaborate with other team members to create and execute event proposals and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, their needs and preferences, and tailor event proposals accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual, and decorations, to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for guests.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze sales and event data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for the hotel while meeting their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform event planning and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and events data, including budgets, contracts, and client information.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote Hilton Hotels and generate leads.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as catering and banquet, to ensure seamless event execution.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Event Sales, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets And Revenue Goals.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events And Projects Simultaneously.
