- Communicate effectively with team members and management to share information and ensure a cohesive approach to sales and events.
- Stay updated on hotel offerings, amenities, and services to effectively promote and upsell to clients.
- Stay informed about competitors' offerings and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Event Sales Or Hospitality Sales.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge Of Event Planning And Coordination, As Well As Experience Working With Various Event Vendors And Suppliers.
