  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract clients and increase event bookings.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  3. Collaborate with event planning team to create unique and customized event experiences for clients.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  7. Create and present proposals, contracts, and event orders to clients.
  8. Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
  9. Coordinate with various departments within the hotel to ensure successful execution of events.
  10. Attend networking events and represent the hotel in a professional manner.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to share information and ensure a cohesive approach to sales and events.
  13. Stay updated on hotel offerings, amenities, and services to effectively promote and upsell to clients.
  14. Stay informed about competitors' offerings and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Event Sales Or Hospitality Sales.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Event Planning And Coordination, As Well As Experience Working With Various Event Vendors And Suppliers.
