  1. Assist in coordinating and organizing all types of events and catering activities within the hotel.
  2. Collaborate with the events and catering team to ensure all event details are accurately recorded and executed.
  3. Manage and maintain event calendars, including booking and confirming event details and availability.
  4. Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all event needs and requirements are met.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Assist in creating and distributing event proposals and contracts.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date event files and records.
  8. Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring they stay within budget and making recommendations for cost-saving measures when necessary.
  9. Prepare and distribute event-related materials, such as menus, seating arrangements, and guest lists.
  10. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including food and beverage, audio-visual, and housekeeping.
  11. Assist with on-site event coordination, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in events and catering.
  13. Conduct post-event follow-up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  14. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  15. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.
