  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they are meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to increase sales opportunities and drive business.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's client base.
  5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's products, services, and competitive landscape.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.
  8. Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  9. Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the hotel's sales performance.
  11. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the hotel's leadership team.
  12. Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.
  14. Serve as a role model for the sales team by demonstrating a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Job Qualifications
