- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive event revenue and meet established targets.
- Lead and manage the event sales team to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful events and repeat business.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and enhance the event experience.
- Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of event proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, bookings, and revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the hotel's revenue management team to optimize event pricing and packages.
- Train, mentor, and develop event sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Generate regular reports on event sales performance and present them to senior management.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build and maintain a strong professional network.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Event Sales And Planning, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth In The Event Sales Department.
