- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Extensive Hr Consulting Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Consulting, With A Focus On Development Strategies And Initiatives. This Experience Should Include Working With Various Organizations And Industries, Preferably In The Hospitality Sector.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, Hr Consulting- Development, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Hr Consultants And Implementing Development Programs Across Multiple Locations. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team, Are Crucial For This Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Development Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Hr Development Practices, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Development, And Leadership Development.
