- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals and objectives of Hilton Hotels.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation.
- Lead and manage a team of HR consultants, providing coaching and mentoring to foster professional growth and development.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of HR programs and policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR practices and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices across the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HR matters, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Represent Hilton Hotels in industry events and conferences to showcase our HR practices and establish the company as an employer of choice.
Extensive Experience In Hr Consulting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Hr Consulting Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hr Best Practices And A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Hr Strategies In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director Of Hr Consulting, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Hr Consultants And Managing Projects Across Multiple Hotel Properties. They Should Have Excellent Leadership And People Management Skills To Effectively Guide And Mentor Their Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Director Of Hr Consulting Will Be Required To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Hotel Managers, And Employees. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Relationships And Effectively Conveying Hr Initiatives And Strategies.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, And Benefits. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives.
