
Director, Content Strategy and Channel Optimization
Lead the development of Hilton’s Content Strategy, driving forward both the needs and priorities of the organization and the ambition of our world-class brands. Build and lead an outstanding customer go-to-market engine for content that accommodates both a full year, planned view and a more agile, near-term function to capitalize on customer opportunities. Champion our customer- knowing them inside and out by crafting informed strategies and programming to engage them wherever they are in their travel experience. Lead the creation of key resources, tools, and capabilities to best plan our content and manage our channel ecosystem. Drive alignment for the Hilton content ecosystem by leading a council of creators, strategists, and content champions to best serve our customers and deliver on our strategy. Lead the communication of our strategy, plans, and value story via performance across senior leadership.
Eight (8) years of experience in Content, Marketing, or Advertising
Familiarity with content strategy and critical marketing channels such as social, email, and digital
Four (4) years of experience in the Hospitality Industry a plus
Ability to build brand content and tell stories in engaging and compelling ways; understanding of marketing performance data
