1. Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual in a timely and professional manner.
2. Greet and assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have over the phone.
3. Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
4. Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, relaying messages and requests accurately and efficiently.
5. Monitor and respond to all emergency calls and follow proper protocols for handling urgent situations.
6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with their inquiries.
7. Handle reservations and cancellations for hotel services, including room bookings and restaurant reservations.
8. Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing calls and messages.
9. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
10. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
11. Maintain a neat and organized work area, including the front desk and communication equipment.
12. Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
13. Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
14. Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations and handle guest complaints or conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
15. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and contribute to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests and team members.
