- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet and assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have over the phone.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, relaying messages and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to all emergency calls and follow proper protocols for handling urgent situations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with their inquiries.
- Handle reservations and cancellations for hotel services, including room bookings and restaurant reservations.
- Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing calls and messages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area, including the front desk and communication equipment.
- Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations and handle guest complaints or conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
