Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Commercial Management Role, Preferably Within The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Strategies, Revenue Management, And Budgeting.
