  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of events and catering services, including booking, scheduling, and logistics, to ensure flawless execution.
  2. Provide exceptional administrative support to the catering and events team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized records of event details, contracts, and client information.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for successful events.
  5. Assist with menu planning, pricing, and invoicing for catering services.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Prepare and distribute event materials, such as menus, table layouts, and guest lists.
  8. Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
  9. Assist with event set-up, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and other event elements.
  10. Provide support during events, including coordinating with vendors, managing guest lists, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  11. Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times, representing the Hilton brand and upholding its standards of excellence.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event and catering services.
