  1. Assist in the planning and coordination of catering and events, including but not limited to meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
  2. Communicate and correspond with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
  3. Manage event calendars and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met and events run smoothly.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of event details, including contracts, payments, and guest information.
  6. Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials and promotional items for events.
  7. Collaborate with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure all food and beverage requirements are met for events.
  8. Monitor and track event expenses and assist with budget management.
  9. Coordinate logistics for event set-up, including room arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and décor.
  10. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on event updates and best practices.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the catering and events process and provide suggestions for enhancements.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Hilton brand and upholding company standards.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  14. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Event Planning Software: Experience With Event Planning Software, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite, Is A Valuable Asset For This Role And Can Help Streamline Processes And Improve Efficiency.
