- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to catering and events, including but not limited to guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, vendor contracts, and payment processing.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the catering and events team to create detailed event timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
- Assist in the creation of event proposals and contracts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for all events, including contracts, invoices, and event details.
- Monitor and track event budgets, providing regular updates to the catering and events team.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning and execution of events.
- Work closely with various departments within the hotel, including food and beverage, sales, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Provide support during events, including setting up and taking down equipment, directing guests, and responding to any last-minute changes or requests.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall guest experience and streamline event planning.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Administrative Or Customer Service Role
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Event Planning Software
Knowledge Of Catering And Event Industry And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
