- Assist in the planning and execution of all catering and events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Coordinate with clients to gather event details, preferences, and special requests.
- Create and maintain detailed event schedules and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure a seamless event experience for guests.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Prepare and distribute event contracts, invoices, and other administrative documents.
- Assist with event logistics, such as room setup, equipment rentals, and vendor coordination.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date event records and files.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with the catering and events team to develop innovative ideas and improve processes.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Hilton Hotels.
- Uphold the company's standards and policies at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and exceed their expectations.
- Complete other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the catering and events manager.
