Job Description

  1. Set up and maintain banquet and event spaces according to event orders and hotel standards.
  2. Ensure all event spaces are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  3. Assist with the loading and unloading of event equipment and supplies.
  4. Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other decorations as per event requirements.
  5. Monitor and replenish event supplies throughout the duration of the event.
  6. Collaborate with banquet servers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient event operations.
  7. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing exceptional service at all times.
  8. Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and transporting event equipment.
  9. Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after each event.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Hilton brand.
  11. Communicate effectively with event planners and other team members to ensure successful execution of events.
  12. Attend all required training and meetings to improve job knowledge and skills.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or other supervisory staff.
  15. Uphold the company's mission, vision, and values in all interactions with guests and team members.
