- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the security department, including managing a team of security officers and coordinating schedules and assignments.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
- Monitor and assess potential security risks and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless and safe experience for guests.
- Stay updated on current security trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Train and educate team members on security procedures and protocols, including emergency response plans.
- Investigate and document all security incidents and report them to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents, training, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle all security-related budgeting and purchasing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Act as a role model and mentor for security officers, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Respond to emergency situations and take charge of crisis management, including coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Security Management, Preferably In A Hotel Setting, Is Required For This Role. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Implementing Security Procedures, And Conducting Investigations.
Knowledge Of Security Protocols: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response Plans, Fire Safety Measures, And Surveillance Systems. They Should Also Be Familiar With Local Laws And Regulations Related To Security.
