- Assist the Restaurant and Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Work closely with the Restaurant and Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive profitability.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food, beverage, and service.
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent service and maintain brand standards.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by leading and motivating a team of employees.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control measures.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the restaurant and bar operations.
- Assist in planning and executing events and promotions to drive business.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, wine list, and other offerings to provide recommendations and information to guests.
- Represent the Hilton brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role In The Hospitality Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Staff And Guests.
Strong Leadership Abilities And The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Inventory Management, And Cost Control.
Proficient In Computer Systems And Software, Such As Microsoft Office And Point-Of-Sale Systems, To Effectively Manage Reservations, Orders, And Financial Reports.
