1. Assist the Restaurant and Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
2. Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service.
3. Work closely with the Restaurant and Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive profitability.
4. Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food, beverage, and service.

7. Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
