1. Provide exceptional service to guests at all times, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
2. Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the operations of the hotel during the overnight shift.
3. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the hotel and its guests.
4. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Assist in the training and development of night shift staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
6. Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.
7. Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
8. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and any maintenance issues.
9. Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift.
10. Continuously monitor and manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
11. Assist in the preparation of reports and budgets related to the overnight shift.
12. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies.
13. Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, representing the Hilton brand with excellence.
14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to continuously improve the guest experience.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Night Manager or hotel management.
