
Assistant Night Manager

- Manage Night Shift Operations: The Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the overnight hours. This includes managing staff, monitoring the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling any guest complaints or issues that may arise.
- Ensure Smooth Check-In and Check-Out Process: This role will be responsible for ensuring that the check-in and check-out process runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing room assignments, coordinating with housekeeping, and addressing any guest concerns.
- Train and Supervise Staff: The Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for training and supervising night shift staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and security personnel. This includes setting expectations, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring all team members are performing their duties effectively.
- Maintain Safety and Security: As the hotel operates during the overnight hours, it is crucial for the Assistant Night Manager to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. This includes monitoring security cameras, handling emergency situations, and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle Guest Inquiries and Complaints: This role will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. This may involve resolving issues directly or escalating them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Monitor and Control Expenses: The Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for monitoring and controlling expenses related to overnight operations. This includes managing labor costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure the hotel is operating within budget.
- Uphold Brand Standards: As a representative of the Hilton brand, the Assistant Night Manager must ensure that all hotel operations are in line with the company's standards and values. - Collaborate with Other Departments: This role will work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Assistant Night Manager must effectively communicate and coordinate with these departments
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Night Manager, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide The Night Shift Team.

Prior Hotel Experience: Previous Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Supervisory Role, Is Essential For This Position. This Will Ensure A Good Understanding Of Hotel Operations And Standards.
Flexibility And Adaptability: The Role Of An Assistant Night Manager Requires The Candidate To Be Flexible And Adaptable To Changing Schedules, Work On Weekends And Holidays, And Handle Unexpected Situations That May Arise During The Night Shift.
Attention To Detail: As A Representative Of Hilton Hotels, The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure The Highest Level Of Quality And Service Is Maintained Throughout The Night Shift. This Includes Checking Rooms, Handling Guest Complaints, And Overseeing The Night Audit Process.
